Terms of Service
These terms apply to superpeople.dev, the SUPER REVIVAL launcher and the community servers run by the SUPER REVIVAL team (“we”). By using them, you agree to these terms.
A community project
SUPER REVIVAL is an independent community project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the original game's developers or publishers. It is non-commercial and run by volunteers. The game and all related names, logos and assets belong to their respective owners. We don't sell anything and we don't charge for access.
Using the launcher and servers
The launcher is open-source software provided as is. To connect the game to our servers, it adds one entry to your Windows hosts file, which you can remove from its settings at any time. Servers run during scheduled playtests and may be offline, reset or changed without notice. Don't cheat, exploit bugs to harm other players, attack the servers or try to access accounts that aren't yours. The launcher tells the team how you use it, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Downloads have a fair-use limit: downloading more than twice the game in an hour pauses downloads for 24 hours. Before you can play, the launcher asks you to accept these terms and our Privacy Policy, and asks again whenever they change. Bans and suspensions also apply to the PCs you play on: while an account is suspended or banned, no other account can play on the PCs it used. Don't use another account, or change or hide your PC's identifiers, to get around one.
Your account
You sign in with Discord. You're responsible for your Discord account and must follow Discord's own terms, including its minimum age. We may remove access for anyone who breaks these terms.
Ideas, votes and comments
When you post an idea or a comment, it is shown publicly with your Discord display name. Keep it respectful and on topic: no harassment, hate, spam, illegal content or personal information about others. You keep ownership of what you post, and you allow us to display it, fix its formatting, move it or remove it. Moderators may delete any post.
No warranty
Everything is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage from using the website, the launcher or the servers, including lost game data or problems with your computer.
Open-source code
The launcher's source code is published on GitHub under its own license, which governs how you can use, copy and modify that code.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use our services means you accept it. Questions? Email us at contact@superpeople.dev or reach us on our Discord server.
